This will be.an illustrated lecture or a concert with commentary. Probably the instruments John will use will be as follows:
Early one-piece “solid body” vihuela,
Later 16th-century vihuela,
Baroque guitar,
18th-century 6-string guitar,
19th-century (1830-ish) guitar, and,
Torres guitar

Members and non-members are welcome to come and play and/or listen. 
This is a great opportunity for all students to air their pieces in a friendly and highly-supportive environment.
